  • Short Stays allowed Early June. Rents Saturday to Saturday for weekly stays over the Summer.
  • Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm.
  • Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm.
  • Check-out is by 10 am.
  • Please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Property Access

  • Electronic entry.
  • Assigned covered parking for two vehicles. Exterior stairs to property level.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years to rent this unit.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed (including weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities).
  • In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID is required for every reservation.
  • A signed rental agreement is required. Acceptance of House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of the rental agreement.

Fees and Payments

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
  • After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival: full refund less a $300 cancellation fee.
  • After 48 hours and within 60 days of arrival: no refund unless dates are re-rented. If re-rented, refund less $300 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • Ocean Dunes covered parking is not suitable for large SUVs. For large vehicles, use first-come, first-serve visitor parking.
  • Use your parking pass at all times.
  • Assigned covered parking for two vehicles. Guest parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • There are no facilities at Ocean Dunes for charging golf carts.
  • Wifi reaches beachfront.
  • Fitness Center across the street from the 2100 building.
  • Linens (sheets and towels) will be wrapped in sealed packages and placed on the beds.
  • Guests should bring: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
  • Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. No refunds will be issued for pool closures.

Pet Policy

  • No pets allowed. Ocean Dunes has a strict policy against guests bringing dogs. Only owners can bring a pet.
